it figures the day i dont play a guy he has a career day.the diference between win and loss size eleven shoe of my kicker who happened to be on the bench.
to dave buckley yes brady quinn is not a great qb and yes his receivers make him look good but if the lions keep losing they just might get the number one pick and quinn to williams sounds real nice to me.

Booth and I were discussing research a few posts ago. I was saying that if our league changes and evolves then research would still be important, it would just take a different form. Instead of researching to see who would be the best rookie, or back-up breakout players of the year, research might need to be focused on more on who to play on what day.
Case in point. I just got my ass handed to me, with a side order of my balls, on a platter. Larry destroyed my team, who with all my superstars playing, only scored 43.72 points. An aweful showing for the likes of Hasselbeck, L. Tomlinson, and Houshmanzadeh.
However, if I would have played ALL my back-up, second-string players, I would have scored over 100 points. Yes, I left 100 points on the bench. I feel so low.
Brunell.............QB 26.18 C. Chambers.....WR 8.70 E. Kennison......WR 11.50 S. Jackson........RB 14.50 B. Troupe.........TE 8.55
O. Mare..............K 11.00
A. Wilson..........DB 11.25 C. June...............D 5.75 K. Bulluck..........DL + 3.50
..................................100.93
Damn.
But research will only take anybody so far. This is a game with many factors that cannot be accounted for in any single Sunday. So research your ass off my friends, we'll all still have days like this, my mamma told me so.

If you buy stat tracker you can choose optimal line-up and they give you both you and your opponents best line up and scores and it's always like 20 pts difference. But who is goung to know that a #2 WR is going to play better than the #1. Last week Greg Jennings GB#2 rookie WR out scored Donald Driver. This kid is Farves new best friend. Do you think I will start him over the Driver. No, not one game

Cheeseboxin, you keep your grubby mitts off those ND receivers. They are too good for you. OK fine, you can have the one guy just leave me the white guy who's name contains all letters in the alphabet. You can have Quinn, he's going to get benched anywhere he plays and the first time he throws a pass into the back of his O-line whil Warren Sapp bone-crushes him, you'll see his true colors.
Are people buying the Bears being for real? I am a believer. I wish I could trade Culpepper for Grossman. Culpepper is taking more sacks that the AFC combined or something silly. I think he's just holding out and saving up all his TD passes for one game, waiting for the right moment to pop off. Well, fuck him, enter the Charlie Frye era. Brownies coming at you. Someone's got to lose to this nastiness sooner or later.

I totally buying the bears. They are a big scary team. That defense is boss and on any given day Thomas Jones and Rex Grossman can be the truth. These sneaky basterds have been constructing a championship team piece by piece for the last couple years. Now they on the scene like crime busters. I think they might be better then any other but come playoff time no one will focus like Seattle. But certainly dont want no piece of DA BEARS

The Bears are for real! Their defense is scary, alarming, terrifying, petrifying, hair-raising, spine-chilling, blood-curdling, bone-chilling, horrifying, nerve-racking, fearsome, unnerving, sinister, creepy, spine-tingling, spooky, distressing, wounding, painful, injurious, unkind, cruel, nasty, mean, malicious, spiteful, vindictive, cutting, barbed, poisonous, wounding, damaging, abusing, disabling, incapicitating, maiming, mutilating, wrenching, bruising, scraping, crippling.
And now they have an offense that is powerful, robust, brawny, burly, athletic, well-built, solid, forceful, hard, and mighty, firece, irresistible, overpowering, overwhelming, dominant, commanding, potent, forceful, and formiddable. ;D ;D ;D
They are something though aren't they? They could go all the way.

the bears D is probably the best in the leauge but to me the offence is simple(tell the QB.just dont lose) and has not really been tested.musin is a great wr. and draws the coverage,so much coverage the wideouts hardley have to work to get open.the only time i see them catch a ball no one is within 20 yards of them because musin is being gang-raped across the feild.not to totaly crap on grossman but not even he could mess that up.thomas jones is good benson might be better but both are inconsistant.rex grossman has the ability and a chance to be the truth but i wont belive it untill they are in a big game late in the year when their d-fence doesnt dominate the game and he is forced to drive against a team from behind without musin on the feild or wide open players.

This fantasy shit is a crap shoot. Who knew about Grossman or that Stallworth was the Next T.O. Last year I lost all my RB's so I stocked up. Guess what, this year I lost all of my QB's basically from game two on with Warner scoring next to no points the next two games of which I would have won if he had scored like 10 or so.
Anyway thems the breaks. Next year I'll draft all QB's and running backs and I'm sure I'll lose all my WR's so heres the deal...no surprises
AFC: Patriots-win the East (Brady is the Best) Ravens in the North(crazy D and an O this year) Indy in the South (No Running game but who needs one-PM) San Diego in the West (LDT,LDT....) Jags-get the Wild card-Denver or Ciny (The Jags are my main Negros)
NFC: Philly-Dominates...McNabb is Great Da Bears-Da same...D wins championships The Saints go marching in...Feel good story Seattle-the easiest schedule in football Hot Lanta gets the Wild Card with special props to Saint Louey and North kaca-lacky
Philly and the Jags....Jags win!!!! Maybe not but I can hope.
