Priest Holmes is the new record holder of the most rushing TD in a season. Kansas City could beat anybody by scoring early and burning the clock with long rushing drives. If thier D shows up even a little they could beat anyone. Trent Green can't be ignored. Tony G and Dante are also weapons. It's on..Bring on Denver! Kansas City got home field advantage throughout and a first round bye. It's looking good Holmes is my MVP and I can'nt stop rooting for him and the Mid West now. Nebraska dos'nt have a team, and there are no NY sqauds so what the hell Go Chiefs.

KC is Good. But I think Denver is better. Infact i fear Denver is the best in the AFC. The NFC is really equal if you ask me. Its any bodies game though i will cheer for Brett Farve.

49ers cut Garrison Hearst and Jeff Garcia, then trade away Terrell Owens? This confusing. Furrows brow. Back to baseball methinks, where they no void'em contracts.

YEAH THE RAIDERS DID THE FIRST GOOD THING IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. WE SIGN BIG ASS TED WASHINGTON BABY.
JETS LET GO EVERY VET THAT ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING ON D LAST YEAR.
49ERS PISS ON TERRELL WHO IS GOING TO GET BROKEN IN HALF BY RAY LEWIS IN CAMP. WHOS FASTER, T.O WITH A SHARPIE IN HIS SOCK ON THE WAY TO THE END ZONE, OR JAMAL LEWIS AFTER SNIFFING AN 8-BALL BEFORE HIS FIRST CARRY OF THE GAME?

San Franscisco has fallen like babylon of old.
Who are the best players on the niners. 1)Terrell Owens 2)Jeff Garcia 3)Garrison Hearst
And yes they are all gone. I understand they are considering trading the stadium for some popcorn.
God help us.
So now its rebuilding again. Tim Rattay was great QB last year and could be the real deal. Garrison Hearst was never the same after his leg was shattered. Kevin Barlow is decent running back but if we wanna play with the big boys we need a premiere running back. Terrell Owens is completely irreplacable and i have nothing to say to this. But you figure the niners now have tons of money to get new agents. So i eagerly await the news.

Not for nothing, but the reason I started liking the Niners was Jerry Rice and the reason I stopped liking them was when they run him out of town for TO. Now TO is gone and Jerry is gone and the Niners have neither?

AHHHH,
But alas there has been talk of Jerry returning. Now i definatly find it likely that jerry would return to retire. But as long as they will let him play that sick basterd will play. And its not like we dont need recievers these days.

I thought Garcia signed with the Browns........

Yes infact Garcia has signed a 4 year deal with the browns. Very interesting. Browns are a good team on the way up.
But i fear Garcia will not start. This makes 3 good quarterbacks for the browns. Holcomb-couch-Garcia.
However Couch dont want to be a brown no more so I bet hes out soon. Then it just comes down to whos the starter Holcomb or Garcia. I hope he starts but i expect Garcia will play Back-up.

On top of everything else the 49ers also released THE ONLY 2 good players on the offensive line. Ron Stone and Derrick Deese. I find this particularly interesting because. Tim Rattay may be a physically better quarterback then Garcia. Excpet that Garcia's speed, agility, and quick passing makes him the best QB if you dont have an offensive line. If we were gonna go in this direction then we should have kept garcia. But whatever.
Oh yeah, and with Owens gone Tai streets is our only real reciever. Though he played 3rd string just 2 years ago, now hes number one. BUT WAIT. No no, hes been pushed back to 3rd string again.
In addition to this long time 49ers Defenesive coordinater Jim Mora Jr. resigned to become head coach of Atlanta Falcons. Now i never thought this guy was that good anyway but if he was good them that means my defense is really really gonna suck.
And finally as i understand it. Due to unknown salary cap restraints the 49ers will not indulge in the free agent market. What i wanna know is. WHOS GETTING THE MONEY. Where are the big pay checks going.
It appears that with no free agents the 2004 49ers will be......
ANTICPATION BUILDS:
QB: Tim Rattay RB: Kevin Barlow WR: Brandon Lloyd WR: Cedric Wilson and bunch of other kids no one has ever heard of and in all likely hood never will.
The defense seems to stay exactly as is. We still cant really guard against the pass but dont tell anyone.
But i guess the good news is their all really young and will be arround for a while. Which means we're gonna suck for a really long time.
Seriously. I think we can still compete and win more then 7 games but not really mess with any of the big boys. The good news is that the 49ers quarterback building lab is till functioning. I have complete confidence in Tim Rattay whose been preped for many years and is now ready and we also aquire Ken Dorsey and his prepping begins. If we only had a football team.

I believe that you can defer payment until later and it does not go against the cap right away. It then winds up that sooner or later that money goes against the cap. I have heard in the past that the niners have been ober the cap.
