Ok had fun gaming last night. Hope others did too. Most memorable part is Logan jumping through a glass window and falling three stories kinda like when obi-doobee-kanubi jumped through the glass on coruscant. Some unexpected twists came about but it kinda worked itself out. LordThomas lives!!!! He will be back before you know it to usurp another non-existant crown!!!! Or maybe some other diabolical plot to foil our heroes ascention to greatness!!!!! Or maybe he will destroy another of his own kingdoms!!!!! We will just have to wait and see.

I had fun aswell. Good job torres. My guy had to jump out the window, he was seriously done for. Once in shackles a spellcaster is finished. If ring did not get me out i would still be there right now.

Yes it is tough when you cannot complete any of your components but there is much to be said about wreckless abandon and jumping through windows

has any one tried to convert thier 1st 0r second edition characters into third yet. i was going throught my folder of epic old characters and i would like to update them into third edition. the problem is alot of these characters were not by the rule in the first place but it would be nice to see what some of our old heros look like in the new game. just an idea.

Yes i have done much of this. Wizards released a Conversion guide for this but the guide sucks. You end up with rediculous insane stats. Plus as you said alot of those charcters were never by the rules anyway. It can be done but hit points is tricky.

If there is any split class shit, the entire character conversion might as well be thrown in the garbage and start from scratch. When I converted straight class characters it was easy, but they were all late 2nd edition all from rulebooks mostly I think. It was OK for that kind of thing.

That is cool. The half golem thing is interesting. They do alot of stuff like that in 3rd edition. Like fiendish grafts where you can graft demon flesh onto your own body. Its crazy. Stay away from dragonlance novels cause i understand they will now be publsihed for younger readers.
