Well yesterday was my nephew Nevin's birthday. Ring and my sister gave him a video game called sould caliber II , it was bad ass. Some of you may remember soul blade and soul caliber both awesome games where you fought your enemy using weapons insted of fists. You also had the option to do like a quest mode where you could gain new weapons to command. This version has link from nintendo the playstation version has heiachi from the tekken series. The x-box joint has spawn. Some of the characters in the game were created by none other than Todd McFarlane. Some other notables of recent times vice city and the resident evil games. Also on pc I played some of the star wars games x-wing , tie fighter and x-wing alliance really cool for old games .

Cool,
I am looking for a new game to play. I have had PS2 for over a year and the only game i ever wanted to play was Vice city. But i beat it now and feel a void in my life. I dont like the milartary games, i hate sims, fighting games are wack. I need something new but can any thing ever compare to Vioce city,

I did find a new game.
Enter the matrix. It was awesome but short. I beat it in one weekend. About 13 hours of play. It tied into the whole plot of reloaded extensively featuring all the charcters that appeared. Keymaker, Mariovinchi, and others. Neo and trinity did not appear. But the game was filled with real footage of the actors doing scenes exclusively for the game. It was awesome and had made info on the matrix. I posted the whole storyline on the Matrix thread. But it will spoil the game for you. Ofcourse i beat it and now need a new game again.
This is the song that never ends----

Like it alot even though the wlaaround stuff kinda stinks(not enough went into it the movement is awkward. also since it is halloween the resident evil games were all pretty diesel. Code name Veronica having been my favorite out of the ones i played.

Grand Theft Auto 3
After beating "Vice City: (Grand Theft auto 4)" I found myself longing for more of the same. So i grabbed GTA 3. Hoping for more of the same. The game is preatty good. Near the same in many ways. But it does not have the charcter that vice city had. Like 80's classic rock or paradys of other movies and such. Its ok but not great in comparision to Vice City.

Evil Dead: Fistfl of Boomstick (PS2)
THis game is awesome everything it should have been. Bruce Cambell acually does the voice and all. It similar to resident evil but not quite as serious. The writting for the game is the bomb and totally captures the Ash charcter. There actually one button that all it does is make Ash talk smack to undead.
In the game you use shotgun in one hand and Chain saw in other. and ofcourse you get more weappons as the game goes on. The plot of the game is that Ash is chilling in city of dearborn michigan. Hes watching a TV show about mystics and mysteries. On the show the host has the necronomicon and the taped annotation of it from the first movie. They play the tapes and all of Dearborn becomes undead. So Ash must kill. Through the course of the game (spoilers here) you travel back in time to coloial Dearborn and then back up in time to civil war dearborn. Its cool to see how the town has changed. You even get to meet 2 of your acestors who talk smack and kill undead just like you. Its great. I beat the game in less then a week and if you play i recommend using hints you can find online so you know where to go.
PS- This is the second evil dead game i think. The first oe being Evil dead: HAil to the king.

Completed resident evil0 an exclusive to gamecube game. Pretty good if you liked the others. Played Balders Gate dark alliance2 thought it pretty good. I guess it is comprable to dand heros which I am gonna try and cop this week. Four players at the same time? Awesome!!!! The only thing I do not like about either of the Games is the choice of characters is very limited.I would even be ok if there was just one for each class but there is not. I suppose in these games it is not a huge deal.Since it is possible for any class to use armor and do two weopon figting. Also feats like cleave are more like special abilities that you call upon.

yeah,
I thought Baldurs gate 1 was OK. I did not really care for D&D heroes. But anytime you can play 4 guys its great. But the best i have seen is Gauntlet legends.

This is actually Balders gate 3 many improvemants since the original. I guess it is diablo like even though I never played diablo. It is more hack and slash than the original where u picked up buddies and trooped along. The graphics are way better too. I will try d and d heroes and get back to y'all.

I played Diablo and Baldur's Gate on computer. The difference was largely Diablo was killing anything that moves, no plot, Double Dragon style game. It was cool. 100% based on how fast you moved your fingers though. Baldur's Gates I played (up tp 2) were entire opposite, following turn-based action style of real DnD. I liked that better and you grabbed characters along the way and could develop into anything as a group. There were evil plotlines, good plotlines, and things in between. The quests were somewhat challenging at times, mostly depending on persistance and a good memory. I played Gauntlet Legends on playstation and loved the style of it. Diablo is not far from it, but Gauntlet just moved so much quicker and played a lot easier.
I keep wanting to get a new RPG PC game, but back off whenever I look at the prices. Any recommendations for the goods? I look on e-bay for discounts sometimes.

Well I heard that return to the temple uses the balder's gate engine which I think is pretty good in this last installment. i may not have my installments correct dark alliance 2 may be number 4. Nigel has beaten it and unlecked a new character Drizzt DoUrden and he is the man from What Nigel says. Also www.ign.com give previews and reviews fro everything including games and dvd movies. Ihave found most of thier reviews accurate.

Unlocking drizzt Do'urden. Thats Great. How come drizzt does not have his own game yet. And what of elminster. Anyway, if anyone is interested in playing Temple of elemental evil for pc. You can download the tirla version at this website that i will give below. The trial version is actually the entire game but only works for 6 hours. Its possible you might be able to the crack offline to play it forever. I am currently downloading it. It has teh best reviews i hav ever seen. Download still takes about 2 hours even with DSL. If yoru using dial up it will take a full day. www.trygames.com/game.php?aff=zz_o500&title=Temple+Elemental+Evil
