rob can you cast permanance because it casts 2500 xp to make mornenkain private sanctum permenant. it will proball caverthe entire keep and will make the place safe if you do will buy your character a prismatic orb bed room witch will be permenent. it will keep you completely safe from intrucion while you sleep. it does cost made cream but it might make up for the exp you'ed lose from the permanancy.

Mords sanctum is awesome as for the permanacy I am not sure I will have to check it out there may be something in the tome in blood since they give examples of several magicians dwellings.

in the tome of blood it say you can make mord santum permanent but it only gives a xp cost not a gp cost. so i found a spell that has the same level and xp cost and we cannuse the gp cost for that one.

cool, oh yeah in the stronghold builders guide thier rules for magical augmentation to structure ,would this also work on boats?

Probably not since most magical aumentations to structures are stationary much like many spells like antimagig shell or prismatic sphere , but we will have to look at it on a case to case basis.

THAT IS WAY TO MANY EXPERIENCE POINTS. I WILL ONLY GIVE UP THESE EXPERIENCE POINTS IF YOUR CHARACTER WILL GIVE ME BOTH OF HIS ARMS.
I would much rather cast Extended Mordenkainens private Sanctum once every other day which will work just fine. Down side is I have 50 percent chance to start an adventure with one less 6th level spell slot.
