Well, I wish I could have been there in person and hope that I did not slow things up too much for everyone up there in NY. It was kind of fun and I wonder how things went up there. Took a while, but there were a bunch of people involved, which always slows things up.
I can't wait to see everyone else's teams. I still have no clue who was ever drafted at all. All I know is that Terrell Owens and Payton Manning went first and second in some order. After that I just picked a name and usually got lucky. Not sure if that is a bad thing however, I mean I only went after guys with names that I knew... Hopefully Morten Anderson did not yet retire and I do not have to pick a stinking back-up kicker to replace him.
And WHO GOT JERRY RICE?

WHO ELSE? Yeah the whole thing went great. I left a message up at the fantasy football home. football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/show?page=leaguehome&lid=508158You did not slow things up at all especially since fred and cheez were on top of things and thus were dialing your number before it was time so all things would flow perfect. Plus you were not even the oddball as Jboys team was drafted by proxy. Also known as rob G. I think he likes doing that way. Anyhow it was a neccessity as we would have had odd number of teams without him. He basically picked his first 2 picks and then told me to get him all raiders. So i did just that. Ofcourse since he did not take rice on his first 2 picks i had to sweep him up when it came back. Oh boy you should have seen the combat of larry and cheez to get all the bills players. The only people happerier then those 2 at seeing a buffalo bill is any opposing superbowl team. HA HA A few of us went for our team guys while others went stategically. Ring was the master of that but even he gave in, in the end by picking mark brunell, his favorite quarterback. For some strange reason papo took all New England players. I dont even knwo if he relised it. Anyhow, Kudus to buck on picking a great squad even though hes millions of miles away. Glad you could work it and join in our Tom Fooolery. robg

So J-Boy got the memo too, huh? We knew better than to sit around with you fartbags. HAHA I was comfortable, no stench or people stepping on my toes or anything. Plus I avoided that lure of nicotine. Oh how I miss thee cigarette. How do I miss thee.
Hey, I scooped Terrell Buckley for anything except for strategy. Plus I managed to find an excuse to pick two Bears, even though they suck much ass.
Which brings me to damn Fred Torres for taking Urlacher. I totally and 100% forgot about the man. Let's make a deal.
Morten Anderson forever.

I would have liked Urlacher too but i think so would any other self respecting white man. I speciafically avoided picking him though as he is indeed freds man. Fred talks about him all the time.
Fred and Urlacher go back like babies and pacifiers.

Re: Papo. In baseball league, he always tended to draft Seattle Mariners. I know he does not like their team though. I always figured it was because the Mariners played solid against the Yankees. Do the Pats play the Giants well? That could be the answer to the Papo riddle.

The Commishioner here:
My and fred successfully perfomed a test trade and immediatly traded back. So trades are possible. Though still i believe there is a limit of 10 trades per team.
Next i will attempt to add non drafted player to a roster. Note: THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL in our league. I just want to see if it can be done so perhaps i can formulate injury replacement rules.
Again. The player i attempt to drop will be on waivers. Dont grab him up this only a test. I intend to immediatly pick him back up if it works. Dont worry i will pick up the worst player ever.
Thanx the commish

Ok, Everything worked. As commishioner i was able to add a player to freds team and then drop him again. It wont work if anybody else tries to do it but atleast it is possible to make an injury drop and pickup.
Cool chips

I take Rob's level, fucking cheater.
It was pretty damn awesome to have something at stake in all these games over the weekend. Like I always said in baseball league, it gives you a reason to care about teams you would otherwise give two shits about. Like my back-up TE is one SD. Why else would I ever care about that team?
Tell J-Boy that I look forward to crushing his squad next week. The Goon Squad is out for blood.

I gotta say i had alot of fun with fantasy football this first week.
Definatly made watching the games more interesting. To the other week one losers beside myself i say dont get discouraged. Its football. Wait, its not even football, its fantasy football, and its mad chaotic. I'm sure it will be just as insane next week and so on and so on.
The only question for us all now is... Who to start?
